They do, however, allow members to post links to their personal websites / blogs in the "Current Favorite Websites" section of their profile pages. I contacted Passions Network and verified that with them.).

In essence, the profile content on this page is how my profile would have appeared in its entirety had Passions Network / India-Passions not imposed a 4,000 character limit, as well as restricted the posting of external URLs / web links to personal websites, webpages, or blogs in the "Information Listing" / text description section of their members' profile pages and in their members' blog and forum posts. Although some of these restrictions do pose a bit of an inconvenience for their members, it's actually understandable why these restrictions are necessary and are therefore implemented.

My description:

I believe very strongly in the concept of karma. I am seeking someone who shares the same overall values, and moral and spiritual outlook that I do. In essence, I am a vegan for moral, spiritual, ethical, and health reasons and I am seeking the same. As far as spiritual beliefs and personal lifestyle are concerned, I believe in living a lifestyle that is as close to nature as possible, and I believe in practicing the concept of self-sufficiency and adherence to the physical, spiritual, moral, and ethical laws of karmic nature. My spiritual outlook in life is of a more Eastern (Buddhist/Ancient Hindu (Vedic)/Jainist/Taoist), Ancient Gnostic, and New Age/Metaphysical orientation and influence. All of the aforementioned spiritual belief systems and practices have helped to shape my own personal, spiritual belief system and practice at this point in my life.

I would describe myself as moderate in a political sense, although I'm not generally a politically-oriented individual overall. In some respects, I'm more "conservative"-leaning, and, in others, I'm more "liberal"-minded. It really all depends on the particular issue in question. You can say that my personal, political viewpoint is more aligned with Libertarian (Independent) and Green Party politics than either Democrat or Republican. Examples of issues on which I take a more "conservative"-leaning approach and viewpoint: I do not agree with nor support affirmative action, racial quotas, lowering standards to accommodate the lesser-qualified, and reparations (using U.S. taxpayer dollars); I do not support, agree with, nor subscribe to political correctness (on the other hand, I do support the unadulterated truth and reality and do not believe in withholding or refusing to speak the truth just because some individuals may find the truth to be a little too uncomfortable, inconvenient, offensive, and/or threatening); I do not agree with nor support abortion (especially mid-to-late-term abortion), except in certain instances and under certain circumstances only; and I do not personally agree with nor support homosexuality and gay marriage (although, with that said, I should state that I do support the right of two mutually-consenting adult individuals to engage in whatever lifestyle that they see fit).

Examples of issues on which I take a more "liberal"-leaning viewpoint and approach: I am 100% pro-peace and do not agree with nor support the imperialistic waging of war on foreign soil, as well as the killing and mass murder of innocent civilians (which far too often includes women, children, infants, and the elderly), all funded by U.S. taxpayer dollars (I do, however, support the presence and institution of a domestic military or military-style defense force instituted solely for national defense purposes (i.e., as protection and defense against invasion and attack by a foreign, invading military force, or any other such similar threat domestically)); I believe in and support gender equality and equal rights for women (in the truest sense of the word or phrase, that is), as well as most (non-radical) feminist theories and principles (by "truest sense of the word or phrase," I'm referring to "equality" that is not artificially-mandated and imposed by such things as affirmative action, gender-based quotas, and the lowering of standards in order to accommodate those that are not capable of meeting the minimum standards required); I believe in the separation of church and state, and my spiritual beliefs and philosophical outlook run counter to and are often at odds with nearly all authoritarian, literalist, dogmatic, fundamentalist, and patriarchal religious belief systems; I believe in retaining my maiden surname and not having it supplanted or replaced by my husband's surname in marriage; and I am an ethical, primarily organic, plant-based consuming vegan who believes wholeheartedly in animal rights, and am one that does not support the use of U.S. taxpayer funding to finance the subsidization of conventional (i.e., factory farmed) meat, eggs, and dairy, and all of the inherent and institutionalized cruelty, inhumanity, and barbarism that such industries entail.

As far as musical tastes and preferences go, I am generally into sounds that connect and strike a deep, visceral chord within me depending upon my particular mood at the given moment. Oftentimes, I find myself in the mood for something soft, relaxing, soothing, and tranquil, and on other occasions, I find myself in the mood for something more stimulating, exciting, and virtuosic. In either case, I'm drawn to sounds that evoke an in-depth feeling of positive vibrations and spiritual upliftment. The musical genres that I listen to include indie, alternative, classical, instrumental, fast virtuosic flamenco, fusion, new age, and world music, among some other interesting genres.

As far as movies, film, and video go, I prefer documentaries, independent film, instructional video, reality-based personal and non-commercial videos courtesy of YouTube (and other online video hosting venues), and online educational lectures and video of an inspiring, informative, educational, and spiritually-enhancing nature (i.e., Gaiam TV, Spiritual Cinema Circle, Supreme Master TV, and the monthly video lectures of the Vegetarian Society of Hawaii (VSH), among others) ... as opposed to television sitcoms, commercial Hollywood-type films, and mainstream media news outlets and programming.

Some additional information about me: I am also what is known as an intactivist. I believe that routine neonatal infant male circumcision is a crime against nature and humanity. Except in the most extreme medical circumstances, male circumcision, in general, whether conducted in infancy or at a later stage in life, is an unnecessary and barbaric practice of sexual mutilation that can have a permanent, largely irreversible negative effect on an individual's natural sexual functioning throughout his life ... leading to common sexual problems and issues such as premature ejaculation (common in circumcised males under the age of 35), erectile dysfunction, erection difficulties, significantly decreased penile sensitivity, difficulty attaining orgasm, tight and often painful erections, etc., in males (with most of these issues very common and prevalent among older circumcised males over the age of 40 that progressively worsens over time); and friction, dryness, painful intercourse (dyspareunia), extreme discomfort, soreness, involuntary vaginal tightness resulting in penetration difficulties (vaginismus), and difficulty and inability to attain orgasms in females, among other issues. These are problems and issues that, for the most part, cannot be alleviated or remedied by artificial lubricants and other similar and superficial "band-aid" type of remedies common in circumcising cultures and societies. All of these problems and issues can have a very negative, detrimental effect on the physical aspects of an individual's future relationships which, in turn, can have major negative spillover effects on other important, non-physical aspects of those relationships. It is for these reasons that I wholeheartedly support the foreskin restoration and foreskin regeneration movement and initiative both here and abroad.

I am seeking a long-term, committed relationship with someone with whom I can share a deep connection on every level possible. I do realize that such a relationship takes time to develop and to evolve, often over a course of years, and I'm a very patient individual in that respect. I believe that an establishment of friendship, communication, and overall compatibility in core values, life purpose, and future vision together is an important prerequisite and foundation for success in any relationship.

As a heterosexual Southeast Asian female of Malay descent (i.e., Filipino, or Filipino-American, rather ... I was born and raised here in the United States by immigrant parents who migrated from the Philippines a few years prior to my birth), I should mention that I have a personal preference for individuals of either Caucasian (European as well as Near Eastern), Asian (either East or Southeast Asian (Oriental), or South Asian (Desi)), or Hispanic descent ... or any combination thereof, ideally between the ages of 35 and 49, give or take a few years. On that latter note, I should mention that there is a reason why I have that particular age range preference (i.e., approximately 7 years younger to 7 years older than whatever my current age happens to be ... give or take a few years (meaning that I may be willing to go up to 3 or 4 years (but not that much more) outside of that stated preferred age range ... depending upon the situation, of course)). Overall, and in essence, I prefer someone who is as close to my age as possible (give or take a few years), and the reason for that particular preference of mine is because I am in search of my soul mate and life partner. In essence, this is someone who I plan to spend the rest of my life with. If there is a significant difference in age between the two of us, then one of us (the elder of the two) will pass away far before the other one's time is due to come. This will, in essence, cause the surviving spouse to become a widow or a widower, prematurely, with so many years or even decades of a remaining lifespan left to live. If you think about it, that really isn't fair for the surviving spouse or significant other who is left behind to have to face the inner turmoil, trauma, and grief, as well as the permanent and negatively life-altering circumstances, of a significantly older spouse's passing so many years or decades before their own time is due to arrive. I've personally experienced similar types of situations in my earlier adulthood years (although I wasn't married to any of the (significantly-older) individuals that I was intimately involved with at the time). And I can tell you that that is not an experience that I would wish on anyone else ... unless, of course, it is their karmically-mandated destiny to undergo such an experience in life. In other words, been there, done that ... and don't have any need to go through an experience like that again (... The life lessons, as well as the karmic and soul lessons, inherent in those experiences were learned a long time ago, and don't need to be repeated again in this lifetime.). So, in essence, those are all of the reasons why I have that preferred age range stated in my profile, and I ask that you please respect that when replying.

I would like to get involved with someone who is spiritually-aware and evolved, who is loving; kind; peaceful; non-violent; compassionate; mature (in mind and emotions); non-argumentative; non-controlling; non-manipulative; non-vulgar; non-profane; positive; optimistic; considerate; understanding; respectful; egalitarian; visionary; passionate; honest (not just selectively-honest), yet tactful and diplomatic; loyal; faithful; monogamous; reliable; communicative; deep; sensitive (in a healthy, balanced way: i.e., empathic); sensual; affectionate; emotionally- and psychologically-stable and secure; self-aware; has a healthy and balanced sense of unconditional love and respect for himself and others; lives by the Golden Rule (inherent in nearly all religious, philosophical, and spiritual belief systems of truth and integrity) ... of doing unto others as we would want to have done unto ourselves (i.e., treating others as we, ourselves, would like to be treated); lives in accordance with his deeper soul calling and life purpose; is respectful and reverent of all forms of sentient life and their right to live and co-exist on this earth; is consistent (i.e., non-hypocritical and non-contradictory) in his core viewpoints and beliefs; is a vegan for moral, health, and ethical reasons, and adheres to a healthy, all- or mostly-organic, plant-based type of diet; is a non-drinker (of alcohol and other unhealthy, mind-altering, and toxic liquid substances), a non-smoker (as well as a non-user of any and all tobacco products), and a non-drug user (this includes drugs that are legal, illegal, prescription, over-the-counter, recreational, or otherwise) ... in other words, someone who adheres to a more natural, straight-edge, holistic and alternative (non-allopathic) health and nutritional type of lifestyle; has knowledge of, an appreciation for, and/or is open and willing to learn about holistic Mind-Body-Spirit integration and spiritual enhancement via Eastern-based spiritual beliefs and practices as well as Ancient Gnostic (original, vegetarian/vegan, non-dogmatic based, esoteric, early Christian (i.e., pre-Catholic)) spirituality, and New Age/Metaphysical spirituality and philosophy (Note: all of the aforementioned spiritual and philosophical belief systems have core, overlapping themes and tenets in common, and, in many obvious and significant ways, are complimentary mirrors of each other.); is naturally, genitally-intact (i.e., non-circumcised or uncircumcised), hygienic, and STD-free ... or in the case of someone who is already circumcised, is willing to do his research and due diligence, and to consider undergoing foreskin restoration (either manually or surgically), and/or, when the technology becomes available to the general public, foreskin regeneration (through Foregen) ... (Sorry, but based on extensive personal experience, circumcised intercourse, or I would go as far as to say that circumcised sexual relationships and activity, in general, are just not conducive to long-range, intimate, harmonious relationships and are fraught with many of the sexual problems and issues, mentioned earlier, among other issues, that tend to undermine and break down intimate relationships over the long-term ... whereas my personal, sexual, and intimate experiences and relationships with uncircumcised, genitally-intact males tended to yield the very opposite circumstances and results, for the most part, with virtually none of the sexual problems and issues present.); ... and, finally, someone with whom I can share a deep sense of maturing love; mutual spiritual growth; personal development; compatibility and alignment in our core, inherent values, life purpose, and vision for the future together; and a sense of deep fulfillment on every level possible as our relationship progresses over time.

I am seeking a long-term relationship with the possibility of the relationship leading to marriage at some point of time in the future. Ideally, this will be a relationship that will develop into something incredibly profound that will last a lifetime. In short, I am in search of my soul mate, complementary spiritual twin, and life partner.

If any of this resonates with you, and you are at the point in your life where most of the aforementioned type of attributes apply to you, and you are seeking the same in a potential future life partner, then, by all means, feel free to contact me. Distance is not an issue and I am open to establishing contact and communication with anyone located anywhere across the world. (Please note that ethical veganism and a healthy, plant-based diet are an absolute must and requirement, along with a straight-edge (i.e., drug-free, alcohol-free, and tobacco-free) type of lifestyle ... among other important and pertinent things already mentioned.)

In addition to all of the aforementioned, I am also open to establishing (primarily written, text-based, or e-mail) correspondence and communication with like-minded individuals of various backgrounds, age ranges, and of either gender, currently residing anywhere across the world, who are interested in networking, raising awareness, and engaging in the exchange of information and ideas related to animal rights; holistic, plant-based health, healing, and nutrition; complimentary and alternative medicine (CAM); chronic "dis-ease" prevention and natural cures (non-allopathic); herbal medicine; naturopathy; whole body cleansing; detoxification; organic (non-GMO and pesticide-free), plant-based diets and lifestyles; environmental issues related to factory farming and animal agriculture (Guess what the number one cause of global warming happens to be, if you're not already aware?); the inhumane reality of conventional animal agriculture {including, but not limited to the following: a.) factory farming; b.) animal rendering (leading to forced cannibalism and carnism of conventional livestock as well as pet companion animals ... For those that are not familiar with animal rendering, it is, essentially, the common industry-standard practice of grinding up and heat-processing the deceased remains, offal, internal organs, and body parts of slaughterhouse/abattoir animals, expired packaged supermarket meat, poultry, fish and seafood, deceased laboratory animals, deceased zoo animals, euthanized and deceased pet companion animals in animal shelters and animal hospitals (primarily dogs and cats), road kill, and any other type of deceased animal whose meat, flesh, or by-products are not considered marketable or fit for human consumption ... and adding this processed, extremely toxic material as "enhanced protein and lipid feed supplementation," along with slaughterhouse waste and recycled animal waste fecal matter (added as a cheap form of dietary filler material), to the food and dietary feed of conventional livestock (i.e., animals raised for meat, eggs, dairy, leather, suede, wool, and fur), conventional aquaculture (i.e., factory farmed) fish and other seafood animals (which comprise approximately 40% of the fish and seafood sold in the marketplace and served in restaurants), and pet companion animals (in virtually all meat-based, commercial pet food). So, in essence, you have naturally herbivorous, vegetarian/vegan animals that are forced into a grossly-unnatural state of carnivorism, and animals of all dietary inclinations (herbivores/frugivores, omnivores, and carnivores) forced into an immensely-unnatural state of cannibalism. One thing to consider if you are a vegetarian for moral and ethical reasons, and are consuming conventional dairy and/or eggs, you are, in reality, consuming this extremely toxic and morally-repugnant "food" material that gets secreted and embedded into the dairy or eggs that you consume. From both an ethical and health standpoint, in this respect, conventional dairy, eggs, and animal by-products are best avoided. Given the rather disturbing realities behind the various animal-based food production industries, it really should come as no surprise that the number one leading cause of death in the United States is heart disease followed by cancer.); c.) the industry-standard practice of wholesale mass murder and slaughter of baby/infant male offspring in the dairy and egg production industries (both conventional and organic, as well as so-called "free range"); d.) unanesthetized castration and branding; etc.}; spirituality; metaphysics; Eastern philosophy and Eastern-based and inspired spiritual belief systems; Gnosticism; holistic healing and Mind-Body-Spirit integration modalities; intactivism (genital integrity for all children regardless of gender); foreskin restoration and regeneration (essentially, taking measures to reverse the damage done by circumcision ... if such an issue is applicable to your country or society like it, unfortunately, is here in the U.S. along with a small handful of other nations worldwide ... Interesting factoid regarding circumcision: only (approximately) 20% of males worldwide are circumcised. The rest (i.e., the overwhelming majority of 80%) are natural and genitally-intact from birth and, as a result, are fully-functional physically, intimately, and sexually just as nature, in her Divine wisdom, intended it to be ... and virtually all of the relationship-challenging, detrimental sexual problems and issues inherent with circumcision, mentioned earlier, are non-existent.); promotion of world peace as well as inner peace and tranquility; meditation; straight-edge (alcohol-free, drug-free, and tobacco-free) lifestyles; self-improvement; ... and any and all related topics and issues that you'd like to address and cover in our correspondence together.

Also, if you're a vegetarian who is interested in transitioning to an entirely plant-based, vegan diet, or are a near-, almost-, or mostly-vegetarian individual who is interested in transitioning to a far healthier, more humane, compassionate, and ethical, plant-based vegetarian/vegan type of diet, ... I would be more than happy to correspond with you and share positive, life-enhancing information and resources to help you get started on the path to a far healthier, more humane, and compassionate diet and lifestyle. All I ask of you, in turn, is that you share the information, and help spread the message and the word amongst your friends, family members, loved ones, colleagues, and close associates, as well as anyone else who you feel may benefit from this information.

Guess what the common factor is behind all of these mass shootings at schools, malls, and public places across the U.S. and other parts of the world?)); complementary and alternative medicine (CAM); naturopathic medicine; herbal medicine; whole foods vegan supplementation; whole body cleansing and detoxification; exposure of the disturbing and inhumane realities of animal agriculture, both conventional and organic as well as "free-range" (I'm sorry, but the term, "humane slaughter," is an oxymoron at best, and is completely antithetical to the principles of non-violence (ahimsa), compassionate living, higher- and deeper-level spirituality, and conscientiousness.); etc. ...

One of the most memorable taglines and quotes that I had read on another dating site a good while back is the following, and is one that encapsulates and summarizes my overall approach to my personal interactions and relationships with others: "Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind." In other words, be who you genuinely and authentically are as an individual and a human being, and don't concern yourself with those who are not in alignment or in harmony with your core, inherent values and beliefs. Instead, focus on those who genuinely and authentically reflect and resonate with who and what you truly are in every aspect of your life that's applicable. I wholeheartedly agree and believe that that is advice well worth heeding as well as one that is well worth living by, among others.
